Teaching & Academic Experience

Teaching Philosophy

I believe effective management education should empower and engage students while allowing them to explore the real-world application of business concepts. I help students build confidence through clear structure, inclusive discussion, and opportunities to connect management theory to their personal and professional experiences.

My courses emphasize experiential learning—case analysis, group projects, and applied problem-solving—so that students can see how management concepts show up in teams, workplaces, and communities. I aim to create an environment where every student feels capable of growth and meaningful contribution.
